Staff members can assist individuals ages 18-35 with connecting  to programs, services, and information that will help them overcome barriers and challenges. The CAP also aims to increase community engagement by facilitating community events, workshops, trainings, and activities.

The MFNH also provides financial assistance for rent and utilities. In order to determine eligibility, please call our office to set up an in-person appointment to complete the necessary paperwork and application information.
