Selvin Chambers
Selvin L. Chambers III is a visionary leader with over 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, local government, and business development. As the Chief Executive Officer of the Margaret Fuller Neighborhood House Inc., Selvin brings a wealth of knowledge and a strategic mindset to community-focused initiatives.
Before his current role, Selvin served as the Executive Director at LifeScene, formerly Family & Children's Service of Greater Lynn. His extensive career includes a series of impactful executive and managerial positions, such as:
- Executive Director of BUILD Boston
- Executive Director of the Margaret Fuller House in Cambridge
- Executive Director of Root NS, Inc. in Salem
- Executive Director of the Elizabeth Peabody House in Somerville
- Executive Director of The Food Project in Lynn
- Metro Boston Regional Director for the Trustees of Reservations
- Director of Youth Development and Family Services at the Boston Center for Youth & Families
- Division Head for Cambridge Youth Program for the City of Cambridge Department of Human Services
- Chief Operating Officer for the United South End Settlements
Selvin's dedication to nonprofit excellence is further evidenced by his tenure as a senior fellow for the Institute for Nonprofit Practice at Tufts University’s Tisch College. His commitment to professional growth is underscored by his academic achievements. Selvin holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Fitchburg State University, a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Boston University School of Management, and a Certificate in Strategic Perspective in Nonprofit Management from the Harvard Business School.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Selvin is deeply engaged in community service. He serves as the President of the Board at The Foundry in Cambridge and Vice President of the Board at The Community Art Center. Additionally, he is a Cambridge Men of Color Health Task Force member, a Trustee of The Massasoit Elks Lodge #129, and the Vice President of the XMEN of Boston.

Amanda Perez
Amanda Perez serves as a Community Engagement Coordinator at the Margaret Fuller Neighborhood House. With over a decade of experience in youth and family services, Amanda is dedicated to making a positive impact. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Southern New Hampshire University. As a native Cambridge resident living in the Port Neighborhood, Amanda is deeply invested in her community. Her passion for equity and inclusion drives her work.

Phoebe Heyman
Phoebe Heyman has been Food Pantry Coordinator at the Margaret Fuller Neighborhood House since March 2022, having first come to MFNH as a food pantry volunteer in August 2021. As a resident of The Port, she is thrilled to be able to work in her own neighborhood and deepen her connection to the community. One of her favorite aspects of her work is managing the logistics necessary for receiving, storing and distributing 9,000 pounds of food a week.

Ryan Masse
Ryan Masse is a dedicated nonprofit advocate who is dedicated to merging his passions for effective communications with helping those in need. Throughout his academic and professional journey, Ryan has worked alongside various organizations in the nonprofit industry, including Merrimack College's Office of Alumni Relations and Development as a Graphic Design Graduate Fellow. While at Merrimack College, Ryan also assisted students in the college's Writing Center, helping his peers develop skills and thrive in their pursuit of growth and expression.
After earning a Master's Degree in Communication and Media studies from Merrimack, Ryan honed in on the ways in which successful and impactful external communications practices can be achieved. This also included an extended period of time as a Digital Content and Communications specialist with a Greater Boston based religious organization. While applying what he has learned in his studies, Ryan continues to learn and grow within his position.
Dhara Dhruv
Dhara Dhruv is a seasoned marketing professional with over 4 years of experience spanning education, entertainment, and technology sectors. She has contributed her skills to prominent organizations like Disney+ and Ericsson, specializing in strategic marketing and brand management. Beyond her corporate achievements, Dhara is deeply involved in social causes.
Her journey in the non-profit sector began with teaching underprivileged children basic math and English in India. Currently, she volunteers her marketing expertise to support Justice Health Initiative, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting health equity. Dhara's dedication to professional growth is underscored by her Master’s degree in Marketing. Passionate about both marketing and making a positive social impact, Dhara continually seeks new ways to combine these passions for meaningful change.
