Volunteer and Become Part of Our Service Programs and Events in Cambridge, MA. Join us at MFNH and make a difference. Whether assisting in our food pantry or supporting our annual events, facilitate an educational workshop or teach a cooking class, your dedication helps build a stronger community. feeds a family of four for a month.

provides weekend family trips for 35 families during the spring and summer months.

provides computer literacy training and an iPad for a participant in our computer literacy program.

feeds a person for a year.

provides a bus pass for a program participant.

provides for education worships and workforce trainings for 60 program participants.

provides for education scholarships to support 35 program participants who are attending, school or certification programs.

provides for stipends for 15 program participants in our 12-week career and work force development program.
